Full job description
We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as a Painter / Yard Technician. This position plays a key role in our fabrication and finishing operations, with responsibilities that include painting fabricated steel products and assisting with material handling throughout the yard and shop.
Responsibilities
- Paint fabricated steel products according to company quality standards
- Move steel materials to and from paint booths
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with general yard and shop operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to consistently lift and move 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience operating a forklift, telehandler, or overhead crane is preferred but not required

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities on Fridays as business needs require
